KWA Construction recently began building the Renaissance at NorthPark Phase II apartments in Lubbock, Texas. Dallas-based KWA completed the Renaissance’s original build back in 2011. KWA was hired again to construct Phase II, which will include 118 new one- and two-bedroom units.
Budgeted at approximately $9.6 million, the Renaissance Phase II luxury garden-style apartments are scheduled for completion in June 2013.

The Renaissance at NorthPark is a gated community, located on the Northwest side of Lubbock, at Slide and Auburn Avenue (outside of Loop 289). Contemporary floor plans provide a single family feel and function with 9-foot ceilings, crown molding and oversized patios and balconies with outdoor storage closets. Each unit features wood-style flooring and high-end carpet with superior noise reduction, ample storage, a full-size washer and dryer and wiring for cable, data and voice-CAT 5. Situated across the street from a city park, Renaissance at NorthPark is located within a mile of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and a golf course.
